Queen Elizabeth St., Brampton, Ontario

This project is a single storey back addition with finished basement, onto the back of an existing 2 storey house

with existing stone foundations. Some underpinning was required for dealing with the different height levels

joining the existing basement with the new higher ceiling basement.

Client works for a very large construction firm.

the property with a portion of the new addition showing. The client changed their minds on a window size and

configuration here during construction.

the property with a portion of the new addition showing. This portion of the new addition will be the new side

entrance to the house. What is not here yet is a small deck and stairs connecting to the wood posts and the

side of the new addition.

A back yard view during construction, in the wintertime, looking at the new back addition with the existing house

in behind. This portion of the new addition had a door and window changed by the client during construction.

The door in this picture is not located where it is on the drawings, it was under the roof that has already been

built. A new back deck here and exterior stairs to the back yard is meant to follow as per the drawings.

I will come back in the spring or summer to see how they are progressing and see if they have changed their

minds on anything else. I am sure itís a nice spot in the summer.
