Rear single storey addition, and finished basement.

This project is a single storey back addition with finished basement, onto the back of an existing 2 storey house with existing stone foundations.

Some underpinning was required for dealing with the different height levels joining the existing basement with the new basement w/ higher ceiling and lower floor level, and for dealing with the existing rear stone foundation wall.

Client worked for a very large construction firm.
