Tear down and rebuild of a small laneway garage

This garage I did the actual construction for.

It is a rebuild of an existing garage on an existing slab and curb foundations.

I demolished the existing garage in 4’ segments and rebuilt one section at a time.

An existing very large tree and large branch dictate a restricted height to the rebuild at the front but the lower garage door still is high enough to fit a standard SUV and to easily walk in at approx. 6’2”.
