Single storey front addition, on piers, to an existing old cottage.

This project was a 320 SF (16’ x 20’) one room lake facing addition, with cathedral ceiling which became the main room of the cottage.

The addition was onto an existing 3 bedroom old cottage. Located in the Township of Ramara area, on Lake Simcoe.

This is a total hands on job - where I am the designer, builder, and owner.

The existing portion of the cottage is to be torn down and to be rebuilt at later dates.

All of the permits were obtained by myself, including Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority approvals.
