This project was one of those small projects involving creating a new larger opening in an existing load bearing wall in the kitchen to the adjoining family and dining rooms.

This project was thought to be a Fast Track Application with the City of Mississauga. But they wanted to keep and review the drawings for a week or so.

Oh well that’s how it goes sometimes. Permit was received in a week or so after the application was made. With no issues.

They did want a legal survey when it was only an interior renovation though…
